SHIPPING

All orders are processed immediately and are discreetly shipped the following day.

North American orders are shipped by UPS or FEDEX GROUND. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

PO Box, APO/Military and International orders are shipped by USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL.

International orders are delivered within 14 business days.

Tracking information will be provided through email by the designated carrier.

Please note that holidays may delay delivery time.

Exchange or Refund

In the event of a refund requests, customers must contact us via our ticketing system or through regular mail with the following information:

• Full Name

• Address

• Product Description

• Order Number

• Date of Purchase

Our sales line will be unable to assist customers with any return requests as they do not have the ability to authorize returns. Once your refund request has been approved for return, customers will be required to ship the package to the appropriate address. All returns are subject to a bank processing fee, shipping and handling charges.

The 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable to unopened bottles of the Sinrex product. Open bottles and re-orders are not eligible for refunds.

Terms and Conditions Pertaining to the 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

• The product must be used for a minimum of 90 days, this is required in order to ensure that the customer has used and tried the product alongside a proper diet. Results may vary according to individuals and advertised results are not typical.

• Prior to returning a product, a customer must contact us via e-mail only or our ticketing system, in order to prevent duplicate refunds. When preparing your e-mail please adhere to the previously stated terms. If you do not have access to the internet, feel free to write us a letter and we will issue an RMA number for your product.

• In order to approve your refund request you must have registered and logged into our customer support services. You must also have supplied a minimum of 25 informational posts and content on our support forum throughout course of the six month trial period. Any spam, promotional, or libelous statements with regards to the product will lead to the nullification of the warranty and guarantee.

• Customer must ship back all empty bottles, full bottles, and any additional materials included in your original order.

If all of the above terms and conditions have been met and a representative has contacted you to approve your return, you may return the package to the return address provided. Any products returned without the approval of a returns representative will be automatically refused and returned to sender.

SinRex and/or its subsidiary companies and websites reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that is believed to be fraudulent.
