North American Orders

All orders are shipped by UPS Standard and take between 3-5 business days for delivery. UPS Express Shipping is available at request and upon ordering, and is guaranteed to arrive in no more than 2 business days.

Our premiere shipping service offers you Order Tracking, Order Confirmation and Pick-Up, allowing you to track your package every step of the way.

Orders are packaged in a discreet grey envelope and make no mention of the product nature ensuring your utmost privacy.

International Orders

International Orders are available at a small additional charge and take as little as 2 business days for delivery. All international orders are shipped via UPS Express International providing you with quick delivery.

APO & Military Orders

SinRex is also proud to support the troops offering special delivery services to APO and Military Addresses through the United States Postal Service. Due to the circumstances and travel time associated with such orders, we ask that you be patient and expect to wait up 7 days for delivery depending on location.

Tracking Information will be provided to you via e-mail; however our customer service representatives may also provide you with your tracking number. Please allow for up to 24 hours for your order to be shipped.
