All customers will be directed through our secure servers to place your online order. When placing your online order customers will be taken to our secure server before being asked to enter credit card information.

 

 

Your Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us and we will never release your name or e-mail address to any third parties. Required information such as credit card numbers, names and address, are kept by a bank processor under strict guidelines in order to prevent fraud. All information provided for ordering purposes is used only to complete your order. We will contact you only if we require information related to the processing or shipping of your order or if information provided to us for this purpose is missing or incomplete. 

Discrete Packaging

All orders are discreetly packed. Orders are shipped in plain packaging to ensure the contents remain private. There is nothing written on the package that identifies its contents.

How We Ship Our Orders

All orders are processed immediately and are discreetly shipped the following day. All North American orders are shipped by Standard UPS with express shipping options available for an additional charge.  Estimated delivery time for North American orders is 3 to 5 business days. Package tracking information will be provided through email by the designated courier. Due to the policies of some mail carriers all orders destined for PO Box and APO/Military addresses are shipped by USPS Global Priority Mail or through Canada Post Priority Mail. Please note that holidays can delay delivery time.
